The 6th Annual Awards Gala took place Tuesday, January 31st at The Colony in Palm Beach, Florida.
Bankruptcy Partner Dan Zazove, Of Counsel Jeannette Thomas and Associates Kathleen Stetsko and Nathan Fahrer represented the William J. McEnery 1993 Trust as co-debtor with Gas City in related Chapter 11 cases which concluded a 363 sale of 50 Gas Stations, involving 19 different lenders, for $137 million.
The Turnaround Awards Gala honored deal-teams, deal-makers, and firms whose activities set the standard for the industry. This year, 160 nominees representing over 250 companies were finalists for the awards. An independent judging committee of industry experts determined the ultimate recipients of the awards.
