Sheree Strom Carson is a partner in the firm's Commercial Litigation practice. She represents electric and natural gas utilities and telecommunications companies in regulatory proceedings before state utility commissions, including the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission, as well as state courts and federal courts. Sheree advises utility clients on a wide variety of issues, including alternative ratemaking approaches, tariff interpretations, compliance with conservation and renewable energy targets and compliance with federal and state laws. Sheree’s practice also includes litigation and negotiated resolution of contract disputes, lease and real estate disputes, and land use appeals of local governmental permitting actions. In addition, Sheree represents property owners, utilities and public entities in eminent domain actions.
